I'm finally back home after a wonderful week in the Big Apple. I was lucky enough to get to go around and see some of the amazing things the city has to offer.
One of my favorite things about NYC is all of the amazing architecture, such as the W. R. Grace Building (left) // I definitely didn't want to leave the 74 degree weather.
I really liked this painting at the CB2 store // I spent most of my time in the Decoration and Design Building, which was very inspiring.
We went to this amazing park called The Highline. It was built on a historic freight rail line above the streets of Manhattan's West Side, and it has a very cool design.
We had dinner at a little cafe in Bryant Park - it's such a cute area!
Grand Central Station! I was picturing the final scene of Friends With Benefits minus the flash mob the whole time.
I was obsessed with this great coffeehouse, Stumptown Coffee Roasters. How amazing is that light fixture above the counter?
That's me on the steps of the New York Public Library - such a beautiful building! // I walked by Gray's Papaya hot dog stand which is where Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks eat in a scene in You've Got Mail!
The store windows in SoHo are so lovely. // I loved this piece hanging in the window of a cute little art gallery.
I stopped at Macaron Cafe to pick up some of these darling and delicious macarons.
I'd say it was a pretty successful trip, and I got to see some really great things. I can't wait till I get to go back, hopefully very soon!
